Good day! I got this error when I initialize my rule in BP.

I also wonder why is it that when i created a rule such as Business Tax in Carenderia and when I initialized this only mayors permit, sanitary permit and police clearance will appear after I run the said rule. What can you suggest about this matter. God bless and more power!

Hi Boyet,

Check the rule name. It must be alphanumeric only with the exception of underscore symbol. I suggest you isolate first the problem by opening the suspected rule. There is a button there called "Check". Click that one and test if it makes an error. If it does then you are sure it is the problem. Another test is to undeploy that rule and check if it initializes.



Check the rule condition. Common problem is the assessment type. Maybe you set there for new only. In the rule analyzer, change the assessment type in the upper right that matches your condition. If this is not your problem, try giving more specific info so I can help you debug the problem.
