note: before doing the update, please backup first the file to be replaced.
do the ff:

1. stop the jboss server
2. download the file and unzip.
2. replace file RemittanceService.class
located at {JBOSS_HOME}/server/etracs_municipality/deploy/etracs_maribojoc.ear/etracs-ejb.jar/com/rameses/tracs/tc/services with the new file where {JBOSS_HOME} is the jboss root directory
3. restart the server
